Objective (for us) - the primary objective is to grow our email list. You may get an increase in social following but don't expect a large number.
Giveaway entry page - a link to the giveaway entry page will be made available on a separate IG account @world.sleep.day where entry instructions and terms & conditions for joining the giveaway will be published including the T&C which will include information letting people know that their emails will be shared with participating businesses.
Promotion - the giveaway will be promoted by all participating businesses on Instagram and Facebook. All giveaway creatives and content i.e. video content, images and captions pointing to the giveaway entry page will be supplied to all participating businesses for posting at agreed dates/times.
Group communications: All communications and instructions will be made through the DM group on instagram for ease of communications. It's important that you are active in the group to receive instructions throughout the week of the giveaway
and can respond as required.
Winner selection and announcement
The winners will be randomly selected using a selector app. The winners will be contacted on Saturday and must acknowledge within 24 hours. Otherwise, a new winner(s) will be selected.
The winners will be announced and tagged on Sunday evening on the @world.sleep.day account on IG with instructions for how to claim their prizes.
What you get at the end: All emails collected will be sent to all participating businesses on the Saturday. Plus hopefully exposure across the group’s community audience.
