Can I use my Welcome discount on top of the sale discount?

No sorry you can't use any other discounts on top of the sale discount code. We don't allow stacking of discounts during our sale. You are free to use any discount code during the sale but you can only use one.

What's the shipping timelines during the sale?

Orders placed during our sale will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours during sale periods - this includes standard and express shipping.

If you select express shipping, this simply means that Australia Post will treat your parcel delivery in accordance to their express delivery timelines.

International shipping timelines are based on Australia Post international delivery timelines.

Can I return my order if I've changed my mind?

Please take a look at our Returns Policy because we do not offer refunds. We only accept returns for exchange or store credit. So please check the size guide before ordering.

Will you be getting any Winter stock after the sale?

No, unfortunately not. We sold out early and our manufacturer can't keep up with the demand. Our production timelines are long and therefore we have made the decision to skip Winter all together. We highly recommend planning ahead and grabbing your baby's next stage or size that is available in the Winter range because once they're gone, they're gone.

Alternatively, plan ahead for Spring and enjoy the discounts now because our next sale isn't till the end of the year.
