FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING | Australia-wide
We offer a single flat rate of $9.95 for Australia-wide shipping using Australia Post service.
EXPRESS SHIPPING | Australia-wide
If you need your ordered delivered to you faster, we recommend you choose the Express Shipping option when placing your order.
Please note, Australia Post no longer guarantee next day delivery on Express Shipping, but you will be guaranteed to receive your parcel much sooner than the current standard shipping option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international customers, we ship from our USA warehouse located in San Diego.
Please visit our WHERE TO BUY page for authorised stockists/distributors.
Customs Duties/Taxes: Please check your country customs tax laws before purchasing as you may be subject to paying additional fees from your government/customs department on arrival of parcels into your country. Customers are responsible for paying these taxes should there be any applicable.
SHIPPING AND DISPATCHING TIMELINES
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving orders. In most cases we dispatch on the same day if orders are placed before mid-day.
Our daily cut-off for processing and dispatching orders is noon (12pm) AEST.
You will receive your shipping notification email with tracking number within 24 hours of lodgement with Australia Post.
Once your orders are lodged with Australia Post, actual delivery timelines are as per Australia Post's advertised delivery timelines.
If you haven't received your order within Australia Post's delivery timelines, we suggest you first check the tracking link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
LOST ITEMS
All parcels are shipped with tracking numbers provided to you on your shipping confirmation email.
Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, it is their responsibility to ensure parcels reach their destination. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.
