Shipping

We currently offer flat rate shipping fees for Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post - within Australia only.  

We also ship to a number of different countries around the world - see International shipping information further below.

 

Timelines
Order are processed, packed and shipped within 24 hours of orders being received.

As stated on the Australia Post website, Standard shipping can take between 1-5 working days to be received depending on your location and Express post is next day delivery (but 1-4 days for WA and NT).

For Express shipping, we endeavour to pack and ship orders for Express shipping within the day.  

PLEASE NOTE: our daily Express shipping cut-off time is 3.00pm (AEST).  Order received after this time may be processed the next day.

 

 

Lost Items
All parcels are shipped with Australia Post Parcel Post tracking service.  Once parcels are lodged at an Australia Post office, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post to ensure parcels reach their destination.  Baby Loves Sleep cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the mail.  

 

Exchange/Refunds
We will happily accept exchange of goods if you have ordered the incorrect size or have changed your mind about a colour or print you originally selected, as long as the items are not used, not damaged and are in their original packaging.  We also ask that you cover the shipping cost both ways.

Similarly, return/refunds will only be accepted if the items returned are in their original condition, they have not been used, are not damaged and are returned in their original packaging.  Returns/Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of purchasing.

 

International Shipping
We ship to a number of countries outside Australia, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, parts of Europe and parts of SE Asia.  For New Zealand customers, please visit our WHERE TO BUY page for authorised distributors.
