Choose by arm span, not age. Lay your baby down with their arms slightly bent, the way they sleep, and measure from one side to the other. Pick the size whose arm span matches your baby's. If your baby is between sizes, choose the smaller size. Don't size up: a sack that's too big won't feel snug, and extra fabric isn't safe.
